Accessibility statement
Holding ourselves to the thing we sell
Selling accessibility monitoring while shipping an inaccessible product would be absurd. This is where we say how we are doing, including the parts that are not done.
Conformance status
A11ySignal aims to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We consider the public site partially conformant: every automated check passes, and the manual criteria we have walked through pass, but we have not had an independent audit and we will not claim full conformance without one.
How we test
every buildautomatedOur own scanner runs against the public pages on every build. A serious finding fails the build — the same rule we ask customers to hold themselves to.CI gate

Known limitations
Listed because a statement without this section is not telling you anything.
gaphero animationThe tab-order demonstration on the home page is decorative and hidden from assistive technology, so its content is not available to screen reader users. It repeats information that is in the surrounding text, and it stops entirely under prefers-reduced-motion.decorative
gapcheckoutPayment is handled by Paddle, whose checkout we do not control. We have not audited it, and we will raise anything we find with them.third party
gapreportsLong report tables are usable but dense at high zoom. Improving the small-viewport layout is on the list.in progress
Tell us when we get it wrong
If something here blocks you, write to [email protected]. We reply within two working days, and we will tell you what we are going to do and when — not just that we have received it.
If you are in the EU and we do not resolve it, you can escalate to the market surveillance authority in your member state under the European Accessibility Act.
